Meet The Yo Pro Team
The Yo Pro team birthed from a history of sharing life shoulder-to-shoulder.
2014-2017: Dave Matthews was Tyler Roth’s cell group leader at a local church in Northwest Arkansas.
2022: After Tyler returned to Northwest Arkansas in January 2022 following college graduation, Dave and Tyler reconnected and re-started a mentor / mentee relationship.
2022-2024: In this time, Dave and Tyler shared many coffees, meals, and tables together discussing the highs and lows of being a young professional.
2025: Then, in early 2025, after a desire to meet a need in the market for strategic mentorship of the young professional, Dave and Tyler created The Yo Pro team with a vision to help those in their 20’s navigate their professional, spiritual, relational, and financial world as they navigate the world.
Pretty cool story! We are grateful to serve you through this community and to share many of the conversations had over the course of several years.

Founder, Writer at The Yo Pro
As a 26 year old, Tyler combined a passion for content creation and a felt need in the marketplace for strategic mentorship of the young professional to create The Yo Pro — all with the aim to guide rising leaders through the gap between education to family & business leadership.
If he’s not building ads at Vanquish eCommerce or writing a newsletter, you can probably find him at a basketball court, sharing a (usually cringey) dad joke, or grilling on a Blackstone with Ben Rector on the speakers.
Partner, Writer at The Yo Pro
As a 32 year old, Dave lived the highs and lows of the young professional life stage while leading a young professional community who sought to equip and release leaders into the marketplace, church, and community. He now works with CEO’s and Executives to flourish as business leaders and people.
You can say he knows what he’s talking about.
If you can’t reach Dave, assume he’s shooting scratch at a Northwest Arkansas golf course, cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks, or hanging out with his wife and two beautiful children.
